Delivery Information

Delivery or shipping

  • We are pleased to announce that Alman Sports offers very low Delivery charges for all orders placed with us on-line. There are no extra service charges for all the items delivered within all areas of Pakistan. The amount you see is what you will pay. Please note that we will only deliver orders after the payment confirmation. We Deliver within two to three working days but if the purchase order is of large quantity, then delivery time will vary according to our agreement.
  • Please review all the information before submitting an order e.g. recipient’s name, delivery address, post code, contact number & delivery date. Incomplete information such as address, phone numbers, details of sender and receiver may delay the delivery. Please ensure that all information entered during the order process is complete and free of error. We will not be liable for any delay in orders due to incomplete information.
  • Our world wide delivery process starts after the payment confirmation or as per agreement. Our shipping rate is based on a table rate as much weight as low shipping charges  for all countries or as per agreement for large orders. We use best shipping service for all international shipments depending on the order; the shipping time varies between 5 to 10 working days or as per agreement or contract for customized goods and large quantity purchase orders.
  • We are not responsible for any type of fee and customs duty and taxes etc in buyer’s country.

  • As an Internet based business Alman Sports is committed to responsibly, manage and treat with the utmost respect and confidentiality any information collected during the course of your visit on our site. We value your trust and make every effort to limit the collection and use of data to a level enabling us to maintain a superior level of service to our customers.

  • All information collected through the course of normal business dealings will remain confidential. We never disclose customers logo and confidential information to any one so that customer must have good impact and never feel fear to share his information.
  • For sending information and delivery of orders placed it is necessary to disclose some personal information to third parties such as delivery contractors.
  • Alman Sports takes appropriate steps to ensure our suppliers only use the information provided to them for the relevant purpose. We include a clause in all contracts with third parties that any personal information is only to be used for the intended purpose.

  • Customers who do not wish to have their personal information used for marketing by Alman Sports are able to indicate this at the time of purchase or any other point of contact with a representative of our company.

  • We do not send unsolicited e-mails and every e-mail sent will provide an opportunity for the receiver to be removed from further mailings.

Returns & Replacements

  • If you change your mind we here at Alman Sports have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product. No product shall be returned for a like item, or for a cash refund.
  • The purchaser has the right to return defective goods for a refund, or to cancel a contract without any reason.
  • No return for Custom made products.
  • Sport equipment is not guaranteed against breakage and/or damage during shipping. Once an item is used it is not returnable. Original Shipping cost and Return Shipping cost is your responsibility.
  • All purchases are subject to a 15% handling charge on returns. Actual items may be different than the ones shown in the photographs displayed on the website If the product is defective please return without use including original packaging and invoice with in fifteen days. We can change the product or refund cash but we will not refund any shipping expenses incured.

  • Please note during order posting in which store you are order posting because we have two stores one for Pakistan and an other for International customers.

 

International Customers

  • We accept all type of credit cards and online bank payment,Western Union etc. Please contact us for any information or help required about payment and prices etc.

 

Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions set out below apply to all transactions on this website. Please read them carefully as using the website and placing orders from it indicates acceptance all of them,Returns & Replacement and delivery etc.

  • Your order is classed as accepted only when it has been dispatched, unless we have previously informed you that we do not accept you order or you have cancelled it. Your order may not be accepted if: the item is unavailable, your payment is not authorized, we have reason to believe the transaction is fraudulent or suspicious or if a product is priced or described wrongly.
  • All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods we will inform you of this and your options as soon as possible. You will not be charged if goods are unavailable.
  • We have made and will continue to make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors & images of our products that appear on the website. However, due to the limits of digital photography and as the actual colors & images you see will depend on your monitor; we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery. However we do offer a guarantee should you not be happy. See our Returns Policy section.
  • Prices are displayed and payments are made in US$. Any Exchange rates shown are intended for guidance only and conversions are made by our credit card processing bank’s prevailing rate at the time the payment is taken from your card.
  • Whilst we endeavor to provide accurate prices and descriptions, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of the goods you have ordered we will notify you and give you the option of reconfirming or canceling your order.
  • We have made and will continue to make every effort to display as accurately as possible the weight of our products that appear on the website. However, due to the limits we can not guarantee to 100% accurate weight of products.
  • Acceptance of delivery will require a signature by an adult over the age of 18.
  • Every effort is made to deliver your goods within the estimated time scales. From time to time delays may occur. We are not liable for any failed or late deliveries.
  • Deliveries outside the Pakistan may incur local taxes and import duties, which may involve slight delays. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any additional charges that may be imposed.
  • Our credit card processing bank carries out rigorous security checks on all credit and debit card transaction. Should they inform us that an order is suspicious or that the details provided do not match the details held by the card issuing bank, we reserve the right to refuse it.
  • From time to time we may e-mail or send you promotional offers. Promotion Codes tell us which promotion or special offer you are entitled to claim with your order. The order code is for you personally and remains the property of the company at all times. Unless otherwise stated order codes can be used once only. If you place more than one order using the same order code, only your first order will be accepted.
  • Alman Sports makes every effort to ensure that this site is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any sites accessible through it won’t cause damage to your computer. Alman Sports is not liable for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur through your account. Alman Sports will not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of failure by you to protect your password or account.
  • We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and credit card secure. However, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to your information, unless we are negligent.

    Important note: Sport equipment is not guaranteed against breakage and/or damage during shipping. Once an item is used it is not returnable. Any bat which is seasoned and/or knocked-in at your request is also not returnable. However, if for any other reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly return your money or apply your credit to another purchase of your choice within 30 days of the purchase date. Original Shipping cost and Return Shipping cost is your responsibility. All purchases are subject to a 15% handling charge on returns.
